5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.
• tekkabet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.
• The maximum bet amount using bonus balance may be limited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void.

• The outcome of all sports betting events will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority.

• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

• All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer process.
• tekkabet is not responsible for internet disconnections during gameplay — the data stored on the server is final.
• In the event of a software error, the results of the affected game may be voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Abusing bonus benefits or bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Hacking software, using bots or applying automated betting systems.
• Coordinated betting or collusion with other users.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Creating an account with a false identity or false information.
